Institutional partnerships

We built the pipeline. Partners bring it to scale.

ImpactEco is at pilot stage by design: the verification machinery, project intake and matching model are running in Pakistan, and we are looking for a small number of founding partners to co-design what it becomes. Early partners shape the model — that is the honest offer.

Who we're built to work with

Four kinds of partner, four kinds of fit

Trusts & foundations

Delivery pipeline for programme goals

Foundations working on livelihoods, youth economic opportunity and climate resilience in South Asia need credible local delivery partners — finding and vetting them is half the work of any programme.

What we offer: a verified pipeline of grassroots climate and circular-economy projects, structured intake data for due diligence, and on-ground coordination for pilots. Circular-economy projects are labour-intensive by nature — waste recovery, recycling, restoration — which makes them natural vehicles for green-livelihoods and youth-employment programming.

Corporate sustainability & ESG teams

Credible projects for ESG commitments

Plastics pledges, supply-chain circularity targets, community-impact commitments — corporate sustainability teams must deploy against them, and an unvetted implementation partner is a reporting risk.

What we offer: credential-checked projects in plastics recovery, textile circularity, water stewardship and agri-waste — matched to your commitments, with agreed metrics and outcome reporting your team can put in a sustainability report. Supply-chain-adjacent projects (e.g. waste streams in sourcing regions) are our home ground.

Impact investors & accelerators

Screened deal flow at the earliest stage

Impact funds and accelerators operating in Pakistan see the same recycled pipeline. The circular-economy ventures worth backing are often too grassroots to reach an investment committee's radar.

What we offer: first look at the investable layer of our verified pipeline — circular-economy ventures with real operations and measured impact — plus co-designed challenges or cohorts in specific verticals.

Public programs & development organizations

Implementation partners you can stand behind

Government climate initiatives and development programmes need implementing partners whose credentials survive scrutiny — and grassroots reach that centralized programmes lack.

What we offer: a verified registry of climate-action organizations by district and vertical, structured for public-sector due-diligence requirements, plus the intake machinery to run open calls for your programmes.

Partnership models

Ways a founding partnership can work

We deliberately keep pilot partnerships small, concrete and measurable — a defined vertical, a defined geography, an agreed outcome. Scale follows evidence.

  • Co-funded pilot: fund a defined cohort of verified projects in one vertical; we run intake, verification, coordination and outcome reporting
  • Pipeline partnership: standing access to the verified project registry, matched to your mandate
  • Challenge / open call: we operate a branded application round on your priorities using our intake machinery
  • Ecosystem & knowledge: co-published landscape mapping of circular-economy activity in our verticals
